This document by its content makes available to third party users the Regulation on the terms and conditions of use of the DVRPharm website (dvrpharm.ro).
dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com is the website of the company S.C. DVR PHARM S.R.L, with registered office in Brasov county, Prejmer, Str. Milano nr. 12, fiscal data: J8/1699/2013; RO 32457478.
Your use of this site (including accessing, browsing and purchasing products from this site) constitutes your implied agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein with all effects and consequences arising therefrom.
The DVR Pharm website administrator (dvrpharm.ro) reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time without prior notice to the persons who use it, hereinafter referred to as “Users”. Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use of the services, so that they can consult them at any time.
Site content and intellectual property rights
The content of this site may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, transmitted, displayed, for any purposes other than those expressly and legally permitted. Extraction of any information followed by any use for any commercial purpose beyond the scope of private copying governed by law or for sale or licensing and without the prior written consent of the owners of the proprietary rights constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions.
You also agree not to impair or interfere in any way with the security features of the Site, features that prevent or restrict use, copying of content, or features that enforce limitations on use of the Site or its content.
Consumers’ right to unilateral termination of contract
Please make sure you have checked the product specifications and compatibility by visiting the product page before purchasing. The commercial relationship between the buyer and DVRPharm (dvrpharm.ro) is officially regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000, on the protection of consumers in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 working days of receipt of his product, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documents). The return costs will be borne by the customer. The product will be refunded no later than 30 days after the return. If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
In case of special promotions, in which the customer receives a free product depending on the initial order, all products will be returned, including the one received as a gift from SC DVR Pharm SRL, not only those ordered by the customer.
If any of the above clauses shall be found to be void or invalid for any reason whatsoever, that clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. At the time of purchase and release of the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a valid contract concluded. Products that show signs of damage or have been unsealed will not be accepted for return. In case of cancellation of return orders, the transportation cost is not reversed.
The administrator of DVRPharm (dvrpharm.ro) makes constant efforts to keep the information on the site accurate, but sometimes it may contain inaccuracies (product specifications or prices changed by the manufacturer without notice or vitiated by operating errors). Please note: photos are for information purposes only and may contain accessories not included in the standard packages.
Fraud
In order to access and use certain sections of the website it may be necessary to create a personal account. You hereby represent that you assume full responsibility for any and all activities that occur under the account you open on the Website and, accordingly, you are advised to ensure the security of your account password or other access data. In the event that the security of your account is compromised, you should immediately notify the site administrator. DVRPharm (dvrpharm.ro) is not responsible for any damage caused to you or any third party in any way through unauthorized use of your account.
Applicable law
By using the DVRPharm (dvrpharm.ro) website, the user agrees that Romanian laws will govern the terms and conditions of use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between users and the administrators of DVRPharm (dvrpharm.ro) or its associates/partners/affiliates. In case of any disputes, an attempt will first be made to resolve them amicably, and if amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be settled in court, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
Delivery methods and conditions
The ordered products are delivered anywhere in Romania, by fast courier (GLS). The delivery time is 1-2 working days. For delivery outside Romania, please contact us by phone 0736.27.09.98 or by e-mail comenzi@dvrpharm.ro to agree on the method of payment and delivery. Please note that for orders with delivery outside Romania, the customer will pay in full the transportation charge, regardless of the value of the order.
The products shipped are in the original, sealed packaging of the manufacturer. There is no minimum order value.
For orders over 100 RON shipping is FREE, anywhere in the country, regardless of package weight. In case the value of your order does not exceed 100 RON, a 15 RON fee will be charged.

Payment Methods
Payment for products is made in cash/cash, upon delivery/delivery of the product.
You can pay online with your personal or company credit card in complete security. The cards accepted for payment are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).
No additional transaction fees are charged.
Card data is processed exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store your confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. This way your information is safe.
Whatever currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei at your bank’s exchange rate.
For payment by credit card, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name D.V.R. PHARM.
General conditions for return
The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. In the case of return of orders, the invoice will be reversed in full, including the cost of transportation.
Thus, according to GEO No 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or waiving a Service expires within 14 days from the day on which the buyer takes physical possession of the products. If the customer requests a return, he/she must also return any gifts that accompanied the product.
If the order is paid for, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Buyer informing the Seller of his decision to return the goods. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer. The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the products.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, sealed. Products will not be accepted for return if they have been used, unsealed or tested, for reasons of customer health protection and hygiene. Returns must be made in the original packaging, with the original labels intact, and all documents with which the product was delivered. For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days after acceptance of the return.
Service availability
The administrator of DVRPharm (dvrpharm.ro) reserves the right to change the structure and interface of any page or sub-pages of the DVRPharm (dvrpharm.ro) website at any time and at any freely chosen time interval, having the right to temporarily or permanently, partially or totally interrupt the services made available to the public through this website without any prior notice, individual or general.

Processing of personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Law No. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, Dvr Pharm SRL (dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com) is obliged to process in secure conditions and only for the specified purposes the personal data provided by Users/Customers.
Processing of personal data shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
When a User/Customer creates an account on dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com, he/she expressly and unequivocally agrees that Dvr Pharm SRL, in accordance with the legal provisions, may process and use the personal data provided by him/her in any manner and document.
The categories of personal data processed are: name and surname, telephone, address (domicile/residence), e-mail. The purpose of collecting personal data is:
– establishing contact with Customers; – processing orders;
– informing Customers on the progress and status of orders;
– informing Customers about the status of their account on dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com, including validating, shipping, billing orders and for the supply of products, resolving cancellations or problems of any nature relating to the Order;
– in any activities and purposes related to marketing, advertising, publicity, publicity, including receiving calls in direct marketing actions, text-SMS messages, e-mails and printed materials for the promotion of products and services offered by and/or through Dvr Pharm SRL or their current and future contractual partners;
– monitoring Customer satisfaction and the quality of service and products offered by Dvr Pharm SRL;
– for statistical purposes.
Your refusal to have your personal data processed for advertising, marketing, publicity, other promotional or statistical purposes does not prevent you from benefiting from the contracted products and services, but it does make it impossible for us to contact you.
Completion by Customers of the forms on the site is tantamount to unconditional acceptance that these data are included in the database of dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com and the use and processing by our company and third parties with which DVR Pharm SRL (dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com) has relationships of any nature (including commercial).
Customers are guaranteed the rights provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right of intervention, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to seek legal redress in case of violation of their rights.
The customer has the right to request the total or partial deletion of personal data. The customer may request any of the above rights on the basis of a written request, signed and dated, submitted to DVR Pharm SRL.
If the Customer modifies, by using the forms on the site, personal data already delivered to dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com and there are pending Orders, they keep their data from the time of placing the Order. Thus, if you change your profile data but have Orders placed that are in the process of being delivered, please contact us urgently.
DVR Pharm SRL does not ask its Customers by any means of communication (phone/email, etc) for confidential information, bank account data, personal passwords, etc. If the Customer discloses them to third parties, he bears full responsibility for his actions. Thus, in cases of disclosure of such data, the User/Customer cannot hold Dvr Pharm SRL liable for any kind of damage.
The only exception where such data is required is if dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com requires Customers to provide their bank account number in order to transfer the amount of an Order returned by law.
