PASSIFLORA WITH MAGNESIUM AND INSOMNIA
In sleep disorders it is very important to decipher the way your body reacts to the combination of passiflora and magnesium.
In most people, the anti-insomnia effect 3 occurs when taken during the day (at 8 am and 4 pm) and not at bedtime. Practice has shown, however, that some people are more receptive to the sleeping effect if they take the capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed.
Moreover: a higher dose does not necessarily mean a stronger sleep effect. Often insomnia was eliminated more easily with one capsule taken in the morning and evening than with 3-4 taken before bed.
Precautions:
Administer with caution to pregnant or lactating women and children.
Contraindications:
They don’t know each other.
Presentation of Passiflora + Magnesium :
