Passiflora + Magnesium brings together active principles that help the normal functioning of the nervous system, regulating the sleep-wake cycle, balancing the emotional state 2 , improving the ability to relax.
The two 100% natural ingredients help to reduce the harmful effects of stress and fatigue on the psyche. The product can be used during the day, calming stress 1 and tension, but also in cases of insomnia 3 .
Method of administration :
Take 1-2 capsules twice a day, morning and evening.

PASSIFLORA WITH MAGNESIUM AND INSOMNIA
In sleep disorders, it is very important to decipher how your body reacts to the combination of passionflower and magnesium. In most people, the anti-insomnia effect 3 occurs when taken during the day (at 8 am and 4 pm) and not at bedtime. Practice has shown, however, that some people are more receptive to the sleeping effect if they take their capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed. And one more thing: a higher dose does not necessarily mean a stronger sleep effect. Insomnia was often eliminated more easily with one capsule taken in the morning and evening than with 3-4 capsules taken at bedtime.
