• Frankincense ( Boswellia serrata ) dry 5-10:1 resin extract, with 70-85% boswellic acids: 180 mg;
• Frankincense ( Boswellia serrata ) resin powder: 156 mg;
• Cinnamon ( Cinnamomum cassia ) dry aqueous extract 10:1 (maize maltodextrin) from bark: 120 mg;
• Cinnamon ( Cinnamomum verum ) bark powder: 120 mg;
• Fossilized calcareous algae ( Lithothamnium calcareum ): 22.8 mg;
• essential oil of:
  • Lemongrass ( Cymbopogon flexuosus ): 0.6 mg;
  • Cinnamon ( Cinnamomum cassia ): 0.18 mg;
  • Frankincense ( Boswellia serrata ): 0.18 mg;
  • Sacred Frankincense ( Boswellia sacra ): 0.12 mg;
  • Obligean ( Acorus calamus ): 0.12 mg.

Precautions and contraindications:
