The ‘golden’ attribute is due not necessarily to its color, but to its many medicinal properties. is being investigated for its effects in relation to elevated ^cholesterol levels1, liver damage from a high-fat ^diet2, metabolic ^syndrome3 and normal cardiovascular ^function4. Its long-standing use in traditional medicine and its composition rich in beta glucans, has sparked curiosity for further research. Thus, Enoki – Golden mushroom is also being studied for its actions on learning and memory ^disorders5, ^intestinal health6, the immune system, including inflammation in allergic ^reactions7. Last but not least, this particular fungus is also of interest in mutant lung ^cells8.

How to use:

1-2 capsules a day, with meals, or as recommended by your specialist consultant.

    • Geranium(Pelargonium graveolens): 0.36 mg;
    • Lemongrass(Cymbopogon flexuosus): 0.24 mg;
