Payment Methods and Delivery Conditions

Order delivery

The ordered products are delivered anywhere in Romania, by fast courier (GLS). The delivery time is 1-2 working days.

For delivery outside Romania, please contact us by phone 0736.27.09.98 or by e-mail comenzi@dvrpharm.ro in order to agree on the method of payment and delivery. Please note that for orders with delivery outside Romania, the customer will pay in full the transportation charge, regardless of the order value.

Products shipped are in the manufacturer’s original, sealed packaging. There is no minimum order value.

For orders over 100 RON the shipping is FREE, anywhere in the country, regardless of the weight of the package. In case the value of your order does not exceed 100 RON, a 15 RON fee will be charged.

Payment Methods

Payment for products is made in cash/cash, upon delivery/delivery of the product.

You can pay online with your personal or company credit card in complete security. The cards accepted for payment are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).

No additional transaction fees are charged.

Card data is processed exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.

The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store your confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. This way your information is safe.

Whatever currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei at your bank’s exchange rate.

For payment by credit card, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name D.V.R. PHARM.

General conditions for return

The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. In the case of return of orders, the invoice will be reversed in full, including the cost of transportation.

Thus, according to GEO No 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or waiving a Service expires within 14 days from the day on which the buyer takes physical possession of the products.

If the customer requests a return, they must also return any gifts that accompanied the product. If the order is paid for, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the buyer informs the seller of his decision to return the product. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer.

The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the products

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, sealed. Products will not be accepted for return if they have been used, unsealed or tested for reasons of customer health protection and hygiene.

The return is in the original packaging, with the original labels intact and all the documents with which the product was delivered.
