CHAPTER 1. THE ORGANIZER OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
1.1 The promotional campaign “Telom-R – a gift syrup, for your child’s immunity” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by SC DVR Pharm SRL with registered office in Prejmer, str. Milano, no. 12, Brasov county, registered at the Trade Registry Office under no. RO 32457478, CUI J8/1699/2013, having IBAN code number RO05 BTRL RONC RT02 3536 2501, opened at Banca Transilvania, tel: 0736270998, represented by Tudor Ilie, (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer” or “DVR Pharm”).
1.2 The decision to run the Campaign according to the rules of this regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Regulation”), is final and binding for the participants.
1.3 The Campaign regulations are available free of charge to any applicant and are available, free of charge, for consultation on the website dvrpharm.ro , during the entire period of the Campaign. Any interested person will be able to request a copy of these Regulations through a written request sent by registered letter with confirmation of receipt to the headquarters of DVR PHARM SRL in Braşov, str. Milan, no. 10, Prejmer town.
1.4 The organizer reserves the right to modify or change these Regulations, and the changes will come into force only after they are announced and publicly presented. The campaign will take place according to the provisions of these Official Regulations, which are mandatory for all participants.
CHAPTER 2. VENUE AND DURATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
2.1 The campaign is organized and takes place in accordance with the provisions of these Official Regulations, between 10.01.2019-20.02.2019.
2.2. Organizatorul îşi rezervă dreptul de a modifica perioada și/sau aria de desfăşurare a Campaniei pe parcursul derulării acesteia. Înştiințarea referitoare la încetarea sau modficarea Campaniei și/sau a ariei de desfășurare a acesteia va fi afişată de către Organizator cu cel puţin 24 de ore, înainte de operarea respectivelor modificări, pe pagina de internet dvrpharm.ro
CHAPTER 3. THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
3.1 Any natural or legal person, domiciled or residing in Romania, who accepts the terms and conditions of these Official Regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) can participate in this Promotional Campaign.
CHAPTER 4. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
This Campaign is valid for the product TELOM-R – 120 capsules.
It is marketed as follows:
- For legal entities, the product can be purchased directly, through DVR Pharm sales agents, or by phone, at the number 0736270998
- For natural persons: the product can be purchased directly, from DVR Pharm partner locations, on the website dvrpharm.ro, or by phone, at the number 0736270998. At the request of the Participants, a list of addresses of DVR Pharm partner locations can be made available, where the product can be found, depending on the location of each Participant.
CHAPTER 5. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
5.1 Participants who purchase the TELOM-R product during the Campaign Period will receive a package containing: a bottle of TELOM-R 120 capsules and a syrup for children TELOM-R, 150 ml, at the price of a bottle of 120 capsules.
5.2 The promotion is valid within the limit of the available stock, in the period 10.01.2019-20.02.2019, as follows: for natural person customers during the entire period of the campaign (10.01.2019-20.02.2019), and for legal person customers the promotion period is 10.01 .2019-07.02.2019.
5.3 The organizer does not assume responsibility for any price differences between the prices charged on its own website and the prices of partners.
Chapter 5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, amended and supplemented, Dvr Pharm SRL (dvrpharm1.wpenginepowered.com) has the obligation to process the data in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes personal data provided by Participants.
Participants have the right of access, intervention and opposition to the personal data communicated, according to Law no. 677/2001 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, regarding the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. In order to exercise the rights mentioned above, the participants will send a written request to the Organizer, by email or sent by post, with confirmation of receipt.
Chapter 6. LEGAL BASIS
6.1 These Official Regulations were drawn up in compliance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 on the sale of market products and services, republished in the Official Gazette no. 603 of 31.08.2007 and was signed today 09.01.2019.
6.2 TELOM-R is a food supplement, notified by the National Research-Development Institute for Food Bioresources – IBA, the National Service for Medicinal Plants and Beehive Products. Notification no. AA 8937/28.10.2015.
