Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from the moment they are placed. If there are any delays, you can contact us to give you more information on their status.

We work with GLS courier company which has working hours from Monday to Friday.

Our customer service team is available to help you cancel or modify your order by e-mail or phone. If your order has already left our warehouse, it cannot be modified.
